After completing my graduation in Engineering, I decided to pursue higher education & joined IMS Ghaziabad. At IMS Ghaziabad; I enhanced my skill sets, developed critical thinking ability and learned novel ways to approach a solution.

I am honored and proud to say that I am an IMSian. I am highly thankful to my faculty, seniors & my batch mates for supporting me. I sincerely thank the CRC team for giving me such a good brand to start my career with. And of course, my family, which was always there to support & help me whenever it was needed the most.

Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you. My heartiest thanks to our Respected Director Sir, Dean Sir and Faculty members of IMS Ghaziabad whose guidance helped me to dream bigger.

I chose PGDM as my career because not only it develops the overall personality of a candidate but also gives the opportunity to feel the heat of competitiveness of this dynamic world. And this platform was well served to me by IMS Ghaziabad. I was awarded with the title of “The Most Discipline Student of the Batch” during my school days and this quality of mine has helped in achieving the biggest feat of my life, placement in one of the Big 4s of the corporate world – Deloitte. Also my positive attitude and self-belief led me to this achievement. I with my sincere efforts and hard work would light up the name of my parents and college, without whose support I would not have reached till here.

Lastly, a special thanks to our Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) team because without their effort and perseverance I would not had given by best. Their trust in us was the biggest success factor.

My journey in IMS has been full of varied yet rich experiences. Coming with an expectation to get into the corporate world could only be fulfilled with IMS. The continuous practical exposure has helped me to enhance my personality to develope skills like communication, leadership, confidence, decision making and an attitude to bring positive approach to challenges of life. Ims has a team of excellent faculties who had always guided me not only as a teacher but as true mentors.

Besides my academics, I have always been engaged in extracurricular activities making me understand my capabilities.

I frankly thought it would be coming to college taking lecturers and leave for the day but it was different. We had corporate exposure, industrial visit, live projects , seminars guest faculty's lectures and many more every day used to be a new learning for me apart from academics IMS helped me to enhance my skills in extracurricular activities.

Along with them I would like to show my gratitude to our CRC team which provides various excellent opportunities to the students, without them I couldn't get the brand SAVEX TECHNOLOGIES. Lastly, I owe my success to IMS Ghaziabad, Director Sir, (Dean Academics), my friends and my parents for believing in me and always supporting me to build a great career for myself.

After graduation, I had the choice to either enter the corporate world or continue with my academics. I chose to pursue PGDM from IMS Ghaziabad which has proven to be one of the best decisions I could take. My journey here has been a great learning experience. IMS has given me a platform to enhance my personality. It has helped me to grow and achieve new heights in my life. The faculty at IMS has been a source of motivation for me. Our mentors have always given us their valuable guidance both at a personal and professional level.

I have always dreamt of working in a reputed company. Hard-work and perseverance have helped me achieve my goal. Coming from a small town to invest few more years in academics in an institute known for its inspiring faculty members, disciplined environment and placements. My experience at IMS not only gave me an opportunity to sharpen my skills in my area of interest but also taught me a lot about to handle the practical situations in life.

My overall experience in IMS has made me into a audacious personality that not only likes to except challenges but also finds way to work rigorously for it. I have learned to grow and also to stay positive and motivated in all situations. In simple words IMS transformed me into a person that can not only survive but grow in all situations irrespective of how harsh it gets.

The 18 months which I've spent in IMS talks a lot about my personality. From an introvert guy who is hesitant to talk in front of strangers to the one who know how to be a valuable personality and all because of IMS.

"Campus placement"- all my life, i have heard about it, dreamt about it, yearned for it, and I finally got it @ IMS. Mere words are less to show my gratitude to IMS and its faculty. Being placed in UNICHARM INDIA even before the completion of my PGDM was a great experience.

The most inspiring thing about IMS and its faculty members was that they always motivated me to work hard, adapt and gain knowledge. They emphasize on you to become deserving and success will naturally come to you. My experience at IMS not only gave me an opportunity to sharpen my skills in my area of choice but also taught me a lot about skill and soft skill development. After my graduation I had to make a choice, whether to go into corporate world or to invest few more years into academics. Though the temptation of flying into the blue of corporates was too much, I made a right decision.Like many graduates I also choose to do PGDM. After searching, scrutinizing many college prospectuses, I found my college. Though I was still in doubt and confusion but it was a leap of faith which I had to make.

IMS Ghaziabad was the place where I landed in. Here I got all the necessary essential required to survive in the perilous environment in which I was going to get in very soon. Working in corporate is a bit challenging if you don't possess the right set of skills. That's where our faculty come into picture. Faculty over here helped me developing the right skills and attitude which was required to sustain in corporate environment. Beyond this the continuous support from my mentor, all this and many direct indirect aid I got over here helped me a lot. The friendly and congenial atmosphere of IMS helped me getting much more socially interactive and intellectually stronger. Here, I availed all the opportunities that came to me and worked hard which paid me off well.

I got placed in one of the most reputed MNC Collabera. Currently I am working with it. It is best I.T staffing company in India which provided me good work culture and lots of opportunity to shape up my career. Well there was always a continuous support from my family, faculty and friends contributed a lot into my success. Thank you for always being with me.

My memories at IMS are etched in my mind yet falling short of words to express my abstract delight to join one of the biggest avenues of the industry "Deloitte".

My journey at IMS was not a planned one but was a call from destiny which cannot be denied. A single step at IMS Campus was a giant leap for an aspiring student of PGDM. PGDM at IMS is not just the course, its way beyond that. From GDs to Presentations, from surprise quizzes to fests and endless conferences live project everything was wrapped up to make you more confident enough to face the corporate world. Each day was a new learning experience. And because of this learning I emerged out to be an all rounder and a strong personality.

The backbone of the institute is the galaxy of faculty which is an ocean of knowledge, without which I would have gone astray. My heartfelt gratitude to the CRC team which gave me opportunity to present myself without hesitation in many reputed companies. They have done their best from the very beginning, from individual mentor sessions to preparing us for the interview and facing rejections. All this was only possible because of the charismatic outlook of the CRC team.

The most joyful part of these two years was the memories which made me feel as second home with friends as my family, guide and everything else. My success was possible because of the amalgamated efforts of my faculty, CRC team, friends and family.

The story doesn't end here. It would be incomplete without acknowledging the efforts of IMS that made this possible. I thank everyone associated with the IMS family. I owe it all to this institute. I will always feel proud to be an IMSian. All the memories cherished will never fade away.

It takes a lot of courage to change careers. The skills you've spent years developing in your current profession may not be used in a different field, but sometimes the question of "what if?" becomes too much to resist.

Learning is a key to success and life has no shortcuts and with this dream, I always moved on in my life. IMS Ghaziabad has played a pivotal role in shaping my career goals in the right direction. I was blessed to get the support of our respected director sir, Prof J. P. Sharma, all the faculties; without their immense efforts, I wouldn't have reached my goal.

I am very thankful to my colleagues for their immense support in these two beautiful years of my life. At IMS, I have developed enormous confidence by participating in various extra-curricular activities apart from academics. The journey of any MBA aspirant is never an easy one. One is always chasing after the lectures, case studies, projects, internal evaluations, and the placements. My journey has been quite similar to that of any other Post Graduate Management student. I got admission in IMS Ghaziabad in 2015, with all my homework done and familiarized myself with the programme. After joining the college, I learnt something in the initial days of Post Graduation – Be prepared for surprises and challenges.

The very first interaction in the campus started with the faculty members. Faculties here have been very helpful and are always available for their valuable guidance. Not only academically, mentoring is always done for any problem, be it personal or professional. They groomed us in such a way that makes us prepared to fight any battle in the corporate sector. I would like to thank the program Chairperson Sir and all the faculty members for investing good faith in us and believing in us.

Another strong pillar of IMS Ghaziabad that everyone believes completes the IMS family is the CRC department (Placement cell). I appreciate the entire CRC team for working for us day and night. I have been placed in three reputed brands – AMUL, Amazon, and Federal Bank. What could have I asked better than this? I would like to thank the CRC team for always motivating me and allowing me to appear in the placement process of multiple brands. This journey wouldn't be possible without them.

And last but not the least; I would like to thank my Almighty, my family, and my friends here in IMS Ghaziabad. Without their constant support and motivation, I couldn't have achieved anything.

I personally believe that hard work and self-belief are two important attributes that can never be replaced and if one follows the same path, can never fail in life.
