About The Conference

IMS Ghaziabad is organizing an International Conference on Transforming HR in the Digital ERA: Prospects and Implicit Issues on Saturday, January 11, 2020. In this technological era introduction of AI in field of HRM is transforming HR practices and its functions. It is helpful in reducing human bias, improving workforce efficiency and workplace relationships, facilitating required compliance, increasing metrics adoption, improving employee experiences, and workplace learning. Organizations have implemented technology, and struggling to get their people and processes adapted to it. The biggest issue is the future of work. It is about figuring out the way tasks can be done differently and then using that opportunity to think about how the processes can be enhanced in a different way. And once new tasks are created there is need to rethink about the type of people needed to execute those tasks, skills and competencies required, structuring, the reward system, managing their performance and the way to leverage new talent models like contracts, the gig economy, and the Cloud.

Effective communication can make the difference in accomplishing HR transformation success. Communications actively seeks to provide the expertise required for leading an organization. Lack of effective communication skills can lead to frustrated employees, hurt feelings, and wasted time, which all lead to the wasted resources.
