Conference FAQs
1. How do I submit my Abstract and Paper?
- The abstract and full paper will be accepted in electronic format only through EasyChair web management.
- You need to create your account on EasyChair and then by clicking on https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ictseadc2022 you can submit the paper.
- No other mode of submission will be accepted.
2. Is registration free for students?
No. There is a nominal registration fee of INR 500 for students from India. The registration fee for a foreign student is USD 50.
3. Is this a virtual conference?
No, all the sessions of the conference will be conducted in offline mode on the Campus of IMS, Ghaziabad
4. Is registration compulsory for this conference?
Yes. Registration is compulsory for attending the conference as well as presenting a paper at the conference.
5. Will there be an opportunity to network with other participants?
Yes. There will be a networking lunch for the same.
6. Will there be certificates?
Yes. All the registered participants who will present paper will get a “Certificate of Paper Presentation” and all other registered participants will get a “Certificate of Participation”
7. What materials shall I get when I arrive at the conference?
You must be getting a Conference kit which may include a Programme schedule day-wise, pens, a notepad and conference proceedings, etc.
8. Is there any publication opportunity?
Yes. We have tie-ups with many journals. Select papers will be published in these journals as per the review process of the journal. A detailed list of journals can be found in the “Publication Opportunity Tab”
9. Am I required to have a PowerPoint presentation as a presenter?
Yes. A ten minutes PowerPoint presentation is required for presenting the paper at the conference.
