Dr. Rina Pandey, Professor- OB & HR and Area Chairperson-Mentoring at IMS-Ghaziabad
An avid learner and dedicated professional with two decades of diverse experience in the education sector, Dr. Rina holds a PhD in Management and has qualified UGC NET in Human Resource Management. She has completed her Executive program in Basic HR Analytics from IIM Lucknow, Executive program in Advanced HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak, and is a certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer and Coach. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with esteemed institutions in National & International institutes & universities.
She has been associated as a faculty member with many colleges of national and international repute like Amity University, Technologico De Monterrey, Mexico City, Endicott College, Mexico City, to name a few. and is passionate about teaching core subjects such as Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management alongside HR specialization subjects like People Analytics, Industrial Relations & Labour Laws, Learning and Development, Leadership, and Motivation. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging learning environment, and she takes pride in the strong rapport that she has developed with students over the years.
With a proven track record in mentoring management students, guiding them through summer internships, mock interviews, and career development, she has consistently aimed to prepare students for real-world challenges. She has also played an integral role in institutional activities, from curriculum development to organizing events such as convocations, corporate meets, and student clubs.
She has also conducted numerous FDPS & MDPs. Her research interest lies in areas such as Competency Mapping, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Managerial Effectiveness, with multiple publications in national and international journals.
Driven by a desire to continuously learn and grow, she aims to further expand her expertise in HR and give back to students by fostering their development in a meaningful way. Known for humility, integrity, and respect for others, she is committed to refining her skills and knowledge and tries to be the best version of herself, both as an educator and a mentor.
